Bring back the old version. After spending three London seasons searching for a husband, Daisy Bowman's father has told her in no uncertain terms that she must find a husband. I cant enjoy a simmering romance when my ears bleed every time one of the main characters speak. The cartoonish accents ruin the entire experience. It sounds like the narrators only reference for a Manhattan accent was the muppet Rizzo the Rat, who doesn't even have a Manhattan accent, then didn't even do the impression the slightest lick of justice. It is forced, poorly reaserched, and sounds like every man has a terrible cold. I have lived just outside NYC my entire life and I've heard people's bad interpretations of the accent more times than I care to count. When I say this is the worst New York accent I have ever heard I am in no way exaggerating. If I had known what I was in for I never would have waisted my time. So when I excitedly logged in and saw it waiting for me in my library I was extatic. I had been waiting for this revamp for three months, it's my favorite story in the series and Daisy is my favorite character.
